HELD mystical grief circles are sacred containers where your deepest loss is honored as your most profound teacher, and where community holds you as you share from your heart to discover what wants to be born from your breaking open.

A Sanctuary for the Mystical Heart of Grief

Where loss becomes light, and the soul remembers it was never alone.

There are moments in life that break us open - losses so profound they rearrange our very sense of self.
The death of a loved one. The ending of a life we thought was ours. Illness. Divorce. The quiet disillusionments that strip us bare.

Most of us are taught to move on, to stay strong, to find closure.
But what if grief isn’t something to “get over”?
What if it’s a portal, a sacred passageway through which the heart remembers how to feel, how to love, how to know God as your essence again?

HELD Circles are sacred gatherings at Joya’s studio and on Zoom. She creates safe, devotional spaces for those navigating loss and mystical awakening.
Here, you are invited to bring your whole self: the ache, the wonder, the mystery of what happens when your world falls apart and the veil grows thin.

This is not therapy. It is not performance. This is a safe space for your authentic Being to show up and be HELD.
It is a space of reverent witnessing where grief, love, and the unseen are welcomed as one holy movement.

In Each HELD Circle

We enter through the body…
with sound, breath, and gentle movement, grounding into Presence.

We listen together…
sharing from the heart, without advising or comparing.

We express what words cannot…
through art, sound, silence, or tears.

We close in stillness…
resting in the quiet communion that reminds us:
you are held by something vast and tender.

What These Circles Are For

HELD Circles are for those who are:

  • Living with grief fresh or ancient, and ready to meet it as sacred ground.

  • Having mystical or spiritual experiences they can’t explain and long to be witnessed in.

  • Curious about how loss can awaken the deeper intelligence of the heart and body.

  • Ready to turn toward and love yourself through your own experiences and feelings

  • Ready to move from isolation to belonging, from heartbreak to holiness.

The Heart of the Work

Grief and awakening are not opposites.
They are the same threshold.
When you let your heart break open, the Divine rushes in.
And when you are witnessed in that breaking with gentleness, truth, and prayer, something miraculous happens:
the wound becomes a well of light.

HELD Circles
A sacred space to feel, to remember, to be restored.

Because you don’t need to be fixed.
You need to be held.
