We’ll honor this fall threshold with a Devotional Yoga practice, gentle breathwork, body flow, live music, and ecstatic dance + rhythm to the debut of Sharon’s new album.

This 2-hour ceremony is an invitation to embody your prana chi flow and witness what it feels like to be fully alive in your body.

Through sound, movement, and meditation, you’ll enter the equinox portal in sacred community, letting go of what no longer serves and calling in balance, clarity, and renewal.
