This 2-hour ceremony is an invitation to embody your prana chi flow and witness what it feels like to be fully alive in your body.

Through sound, movement, and meditation, you’ll enter into FLOW in sacred community, coming present and letting go of what no longer serves and calling in balance, clarity, and renewal.
